**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for packing, WIP and stamping activities.
- To monitor leader, online QC and operator operate according to SOP.
- Provide competency training and matrix for subordinates.
- Planning and materials control for WIP, stamping and packing, make sure FIFO is applied.
- Process improvements and 5S activity in respective area, to ensure workers work with productivity and efficiently.
- Problem solving on daily activity and ad-hoc issue.
- Ensure documentation, records and testing method are meeting ISO/customer specifications.
- Liase with production QA and store for the stock, quality and shipping arrangements.
- Control discipline and headcount of departments.
- Strive to support, encourage and achieve for better company objectives and KPIs.
- To prepare daily production report to Management review
- Other assigned duties as required.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in technician position, working in a manufacturing field
- Experienced in glove manufacturing will be an advantage
- Willing to work night shift/run shift and carry out OT.
- Hands on in ground work job including piping repairing, burner tuning, simple mechanical job, etc
- Able to follow instructions from superior and report issues
- Able to adapt to changes made by company if necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
