**Job Summary**:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable operators to join our team. This role will involve working in either **Production** or **Quality Control (QC)**, depending on the assigned responsibilities. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and having a diploma in a related field is an added advantage.

**Responsibilities: Production Operator Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor machines or equipment used in the plating process.
- Handle raw materials and ensure proper loading/unloading of items.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of machinery and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
- Comply with workplace safety regulations at all times.
- Reporting to Plating Engineer

**QC Operator Responsibilities**:

- Perform visual inspections and measurements of products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Use testing tools such as XRF machines (if selected), microscopes, calipers, and micrometers to check product dimensions and plating thickness.
- Record inspection data accurately and report any non-conformities.
- Support in root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures during all stages of production.
- Maintain proper documentation of inspection reports and records.
- Reporting to QA/QC Engineer

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Fair understanding and proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A diploma in a related field (e.g., engineering, chemistry, quality or manufacturing) is an added advantage.
- Experience in a manufacturing or plating environment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools (e.g., microscope, micrometers, calipers).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
