**Job Description**:
1) Collection and testing of water samples (boiler water, cooling water, and chilled water) to ensure that they are within control limits. When the water samples are off-limit, carry out prescribed corrective action (increase dosage, blowdown, etc.).
2) Assist and conduct performance testing and maintenance work on all utility equipment. Report all daily issues to Utility Team Leader and bring forward to Engineering daily meeting and inform Maintenance Head for consultation
3) Periodically and daily recording of system operating parameters for trending and analysis purposes.
4) Perform weekly testing of the safety system for the boiler and other utility equipment as per the schedule and report any failure.
5) Assisting Mechanical Maintenance Technician in Preventive Maintenance of the process lines if needed
6) Collect data on equipment breakdown for failure trending analysis
7) Assist in capital project installation, supervision, and commissioning when required.
8) Establishes active liaison with plant personnel to provide timely information on maintenance issues

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum second Grade Boilerman competence certificate.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in operation and maintenance of boilers and plant utilities. Fresh boiler cert holders are also encouraged to apply.
- Must be able to adjust the personal schedule to meet business needs, energetic, and have the capacity to work overtime when the occasion demands
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to develop a good working relationship with people inside and outside.
- Able to work in factory and utility environment
