**Requirements**:

- Degree in Estate Management, Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or those with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of property laws, tenancy agreements, and landlord-tenant regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and property management software.
- Familiarity with maintenance tracking systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Problem-solving ability for tenant disputes and maintenance issues.
- Organizational skills for handling multiple properties and deadlines.
- **Job Scope**:_
- Assist in conducting routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and cleaners for repairs and upkeep.
- Report hazards, damages, or compliance issues to the estate manager.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
- Assist in lease administration (move-in/move-out inspections, key handovers).
- Support rent collection, arrears tracking, and payment reminders.

- Assist in emergency response coordination (floods, power outages, security breaches).
