Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and managing client relationships for the resort. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to sales, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in creating and executing plans to achieve revenue targets for the resort.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners.
  3. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and increase revenue.
  5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  6. Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
  7. Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure targets are met
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or relevant field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales with at least 3 years of professional-level experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Ability to stand for long periods.
  2. May be required to work in outdoor settings.

  3. Working Conditions:

  4. While most tasks will be performed indoors, some duties may require outdoor work in varying weather conditions. The Sales Executive may be required to work weekends, and holidays based on the resort's operational needs.
