**Responsibilities**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and review sales performance and control daily output based on the recent market trend.
- Analyze and monitor existing product and channel sales performance from top to bottom.
- Analyze new products’ potential and proposed product rationalization on less perform product to The Management.
- Design process flow, logic calculation, SOP for each module and standard report for Management Review.
- Review and enhance forecast accuracy from time to time.
- Supply Chain Management (Tray). Control and validate the tray flow between both plants, branches level and customer level. Ensure proper control and recording of tray movement in each control point to avoid tray lost. Conduct weekly and yearly stock take to ensure recording accuracy.
- Master data sorting and develop new report or modify existing report to support strategic planning and decision making.
- Generate yearly sales budget for The Management and leading and guiding team members to achieve it using different sales strategic.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Business Admin or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in relevant field.
- Good analytical skills.
