Demand Forecasting & Analysis

  • Develop and maintain monthly demand forecasts for assigned product categories using historical data, sales inputs, market trends, and promotional plans.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to validate forecast assumptions.
  • Support new product launches with forecast and allocation planning.

Supply & Inventory Planning

  • Plan and manage inventory replenishment to ensure healthy stock levels while minimizing excess and aging inventory.
  • Coordinate with regional/global supply teams on purchase orders, inbound planning, and supply constraints.
  • Ensure timely escalation and resolution for stock shortages or overstock situations.

Sales & Operations Planning Support

  • Prepare data and reports for weekly/monthly meetings, including forecast summary, risks/opportunities, and supply issues.
  • Provide actionable insights based on demand trends, sell-through performance, and channel feedback.

Product & Channel Coordination

  • Work closely with product marketing on product transitions.
  • Partner with channel sales teams to understand channel demand, sellout trends, promotions, and seasonal fluctuations.
  • Support timely allocation of limited inventory during supply constraints.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain accurate planning reports and dashboards (forecast tracker, inventory report, sellout performance).
  • Analyze market data and competitor activities that may impact demand planning.
  • Drive process improvement to enhance planning accuracy and supply chain efficiency.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Economics, Operations Management, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management (preferably in consumer electronics, FMCG, or retail).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
  • Able to interpret large datasets and provide meaningful insights.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional alignment skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and strong in problem-solving.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with frequent product changes and tight timelines.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
