**Production Planner**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure raw material staged are sufficient to run production.
- Ensure finished goods is ready at least two days before delivery date.
- Ensure all intermediate raw material is ready before Dispersion production.
- Schedule on daily production activity
- Updating SAP system on quantity of raw material and packaging used in production.
- Planning for at least 10-12 weeks of production schedule
- Follow up on raw material available with Material Management.
- Monitor and supervise daily production status.
- Support year-end stock take
- Prepare and evaluate weekly, monthly raw material consumption versus Finished Good production.
- Maintain safety standards, comply and practice established safety policies, handle scheduled & non-scheduled waste according to procedures, handle chemicals and their disposal or spillages according to guidelines, understanding relevant environmental aspects and their impacts, comply to HSE and organization's compliance obligations, practice recycling and the established environmental program.
- Perform any ad-hoc job given by superior.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in the chemical or adhesive manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in SAP.

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
