**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide administrative support in terms of customer care, including scheduling appointments and maintaining accuracy in clients’ treatment logs
- Build rapport and establish good relationships with clients to ensure client retention
- Obtain client intake forms, consent forms, and documentation.
- Recording patient information such as medical history, medications, allergies, and past surgical procedures.
- Measure patients BMI and abdominal circumference before consultations.
- Photography skills
- Performing diagnostic testing such as taking blood samples, setting up drips, and administering other medications, dispensing of medication
- Working with other medical staff members to ensure the well being of patients during and after consultation, and procedures.
- Ensuring that patients are comfortable during their appointments by providing them with refreshments and support if needed.
- Communicating with physicians about patient condition and progress.
- Prepare treatment rooms, and maintain the cleanliness & neatness of the clinic
- Assist doctors in performing minor procedures and injections

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
