This position is responsible for the daily medical operations of the clinic including

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the doctor with routine examinations and procedures.
- Assist doctors in non-invasive aesthetic procedures (e.g., PRP, CoolSculpting, laser therapies, IV drips).
- Assist in / clinical procedures / handle medical equipment carefully and professionally.
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the clinic, including the pharmacy and reception areas.
- Cashiering on payment transactions and issuance of invoices.
- Coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals for creating and evaluating customized care plans.
- Educate patients on pre
- and post-treatment care, including potential side effects and aftercare routines.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the treatment rooms before and after each patient.
- Ensuring clinic complies with work health and safety standards.
- Interact with clients and able to answer walk-in and phone queries.
- Registration & update client’s status in clinic operating system.
- Inventory Management (ie. Monitor the supply of inventory and medicines.)
- Monitor and document patient vitals during regenerative therapies (e.g., stem cell treatments, ozone therapy).
- Perform all filing and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Respond to medical emergencies and escalate to doctors as needed.
- Update electronic health records (EHR) and ensure confidentiality under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
- To perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-5 years of clinical experience in the Aesthetics / Medical industry
- Service-oriented and focused on delivering high standards to clients
- Time management and organizational skills
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Working within a face paced team environment
- Ability to work In MS Office - Word, Excel, etc
- Knowledge of basic medical procedures and terminology is an advantage.
- Fluency In English Is required (second language i.e Chinese / Mandarin, Malay, and other dialects such as Hokkien or Cantonese is advantageous.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
