- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience working with government offices and state departments
- Proficiency in data engineering and a little of data Analytics
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical teams.
- Ability to set realistic timelines.
- Strong people management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to quality and deadlines

**The specific tasks that the business analyst will need to complete include**:

- Communicating with the state minister's office and selected state departments to help smooth the working of the project
- Talking to the Chief Minister's office to understand the role-level access that the various ministers and departments must-have for the dashboard that is being built for this project.
- Identifying the database and data sources from where the data will need to be pulled from
- Communicating with a technical team of Data Engineers and Power BI Developers
- Setting realistic timelines and sticking to them

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM7,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kota Bharu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
