Business Analyst/clinical Analyst

**As a Business/Clinical Analyst, you will be involved in business analysis and clinical** consultancy relating to the onboarding of new clients, product roadmap development, new product releases, service upgrades and changes driven by new and existing customer requirements. A major part of this role will be working as part of the project team to implement Hospital Information system (HIS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) in hospitals and solution adoption.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Team member during project implementation
- Perform business requirement study/analysis
- Perform business process re-engineering (BPR), business process alignment (BPA) and related activities.
- System set-up and configuration - creation of clinical/nursing note types, forms and charts.
- Data management - Initiate data collection and assist clients during the process.
- Perform system testing on newly developed functionalities/modules.
- Prepare user guides and training manuals.
- Conduct master user, end-user training.
- Participate in functional acceptance testing (FAT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide Go-live support and handholding of users during project implementation.
- Responsible for project-related documentation, such as the Business Requirement
- Document (BRD).

**Job Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in business, information technology, medicine, medical
- assistant, nursing, allied health disciplines or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, or an equivalent
- combination of education, training or experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication, writing and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Knowledge in IT software implementation is an added advantage.
- Nurses are highly encouraged to apply.

**Working Location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
