As we continue to grow, we're looking for a sharp and proactive **Cost Analyst** to help us optimize production costs, boost efficiency, and support smart financial decisions across our operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive cost accounting system to accurately track and report direct and indirect costs.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly cost reports and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate cost allocation across labor, materials, indirect expenses, and other cost components.
- Identify and analyze variances between actual and budgeted or standard costs; provide explanations and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare cost reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for senior management review.
- Partner with department heads to deliver insights that support cost control, inventory optimization, and efficient resource allocation.
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making through reliable cost forecasting and impact analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Professional certification is mandatory: ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment as a cost accountant or analyst.
- Experience in audit firms is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Strong command of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
