**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for maintaining Mechanical and Electrical Systems of the building
- Daily monitoring of LV switchboards, busducts, transformers, switchgears and TNB supply.
- Ensure that all mechanical pumpsets are regularly checked and report to Building Executive weekly.
- Supervise external contractors works / service and monitor their performance.
- Carry out weekly standby Generator and Fire Pumpsets Testing with supervision of HT Chargemen
- Daily verify wireman’s checklist report and submit weekly to Building Executive.
- Carry out preventive maintenance as per standing operation procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Registered Competent Electrical Chargeman Certificate under Category - AO/AI Chargeman (MUST)
- Familiar with 11KV LV Switchgears and switchboards of high rise building services maintenance functions
- At least 2 years in a similar capacity.
- 6 days work in a week.
- Immediate job available.
