Front Office Supervisor

**Position Summary**
At **TC Garden Resort**, our Front Office is the heart of guest service. As the **Front Office Supervisor**, you will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and excellent guest experiences. You’ll lead and guide the FO team, handle escalations, and work closely with other departments to deliver the warm, professional service that defines our resort.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and support front office team members, ensuring efficient and friendly guest service.
- Oversee daily operations including check-in, check-out, reservations, guest inquiries, and billing.
- Act as the main point of contact for handling guest complaints or special requests.
- Ensure compliance with resort standards, SOPs, and service protocols.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and encourage a welcoming, hospitable atmosphere.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Prepare and review daily reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and revenue.
- Manage staff schedules to ensure proper shift coverage.
- Maintain accurate records of payments, deposits, and accounting-related tasks at the FO desk.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of front office experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Knowledge of hotel/resort front office systems (PMS, reservations software, etc.).
- Customer-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
