**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the front desk, concierge, and guest services teams.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, providing exceptional service to all guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and supervise front office staff, ensuring they adhere to resort policies and procedures.
- Assist in scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations for the front office team.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Oversee the handling of guest billing and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for front office operations.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
- Step in to resolve operational issues and ensure the front office runs efficiently at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager, Front Office Supervisor, or in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of front office operations, including reservations, check-in/check-out, and guest services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a luxury resort or high-end hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of local attractions and activities in Langkawi.
- Familiarity with revenue management and upselling techniques.
