**Core Responsibilities**:

- **3D Library / Family Creation**: Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of BIM families and components at various Levels of Development (LOD 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500). For Architecture, Structure, Civil & MEP.
- **3D Modelling**: Creating detailed 3D models (LOD 100, 200, 300, 400 & 500) using Autodesk Revit based on deadline given by BIM Manager / BIM Coordinator.
- **BIM Documentation**: Generate BIM-related documentation, including RFIs and weekly modelling progress reports, and submit to the BIM Coordinator for review and action.
- **2D Documentation**: Generating accurate 2D drawings - SEM, CBP, CSD, etc. (plans, sections, elevations, and details) from the Coordinated 3D models.
- **Model Coordination / Interference Checking**: Collaborating with other Discipline Modeler (Architecture, Civil, Structure & MEP) to ensure model coordination and clash detection.
- **Data Extraction**: Extracting quantitative and qualitative data from the BIM model for cost estimation, material take-offs, and scheduling.
- **Model Updates**: Maintaining and updating the BIM model as the project progresses, incorporating design changes and construction updates.
- **Quality Check**: Perform 3D BIM model quality checks against established QC checklists and submit findings to the BIM Coordinator for verification.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- **BIM Standards and Guidelines**: Adhering to project-specific BIM standards and guidelines prepared by BIM Manager to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- **Software Proficiency**: Intermediate BIM software & process knowledge and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identifying and resolving modelling issues and conflicts, proposing solutions to optimize the design and construction process.
- **Communication**: Effectively communicating with project team members / clients to convey design intent and coordinate work.
- **Training (Internal / External) -** Provide Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, and MEP) training to clients and internal team members as needed, adhering to AEC industry standards and best practice.

**Requirements**:

- Having experience working with design firm or site team will be added advantage;
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field;
- BIM Modelling certification will be added advantage;
- Working experience in BIM Environment is added advantage.;
- Proficient in BIM related software, eg. Lumion/Autodesk Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD 2D.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
