**Model Creation and Management**:

- Develop and maintain BIM models using software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Ensure models adhere to project standards and specifications.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate models.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts in the BIM model.
- **Documentation**:

- Produce detailed drawings and schedules from the BIM model.
- Maintain accurate records of all modifications and updates to the model.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Perform quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure all BIM data is compliant with relevant standards, rules and regulations.
- **Support and Training**:

- Provide support and training to other team members on BIM processes and software.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and best practices.
- **Project Management**:

- Assist project managers in planning and executing BIM-related tasks.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on BIM-related issues.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Relevant BIM certifications are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in BIM modeling. Knowledge of M&E modelling preferred.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Working Conditions**
- This position may require occasional travel to project sites.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
