This role is responsible to provide dedicated support to patients arriving at the airport such as:

- Greet patients or VIP upon arrival at designated airport terminals
- Assist with ground transportation (Booking bus tickets & liaise with bus service providers)
- Escort & transfer assistance (Physically escort or direct patients to the bus terminal or pick up point and ensure patient boards the correct bus)
- Assist with handling luggage, wheelchairs or mobility support if required.
- Log details of each patient assisted (arrival time, destination, services provided)
- Report any incidents, delays or special assistance provided
- Communicate daily updates to supervisors or relevant departments

**Job Requirements**:*
- Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu (additional languages will be an added advantage)
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge on airport procedures and security protocols
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- **This position will be based in KLIA/KLIA 2**_

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
