**Objective**

Sales Hunters are responsible for initiating contact with potential and current customers to generate and qualify leads, promote the company’s products and services, and identify sales opportunities. They must clearly and convincingly articulate the organization’s offerings and value proposition and overcome initial resistance from prospects.

**Sales Hunter Job Duties**:

- Go out and about, approach potential clients and do a sales pitch
- Identify potential clients around the vicinity
- Come out with efficient strategies to increase sales
- Build a network and follow up with regular customers
- You will be traveling a lot and approaching different customers and convincing them to choose Sri Ternak / ST Rosyam Mart

**Sales Hunter Skills and Qualifications**:

- Has previous experience in sales, preferably retail industry
- Has a good history of hitting sales target / KPI
- Good negotiation and decision making skills
- Self-motivated and can work with mínimal supervision
- Must have own transport to travel around outlets
- Hunters will earn a basic salary plus a commission up to RM8000 depending on monthly sales targets and kpi's.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
