**Duties And Responsibilities**:

- To fetch and send directors, visitors, business partners and associated to and from the requested places as per instructed.
- Take care and ensure the vehicle under your custody always clean, safe and ready to use.
- Carry out routine inspection on the vehicle and arrange for periodic maintenance.
- To carry out the dispatch work such as send or pick up order item and document to government agencies, banks, post office and other places as requested.
- To fetch and send foreigner for permit renewal related matters, clinic appointment, etc.
- Run errands including sundry or other purchases when required.
- To relief Driver for shipment when requested.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Posses a valid driving license
- Discipline, punctual and good attendance
- Understanding of confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage time and routes or streamline delivery experience
- Familiarity with GPS devices or other navigation apps
- Able to work independently
- Posses of GDL license is an added advantage
