Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Personal Driver & Dispatch to support daily transportation needs and handle delivery/dispatch tasks. The candidate will be responsible for driving company personnel, ensuring safe transportation, and completing assigned delivery duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive company personnel safely to meetings, appointments, and other locations as required.
  • Perform dispatch work including delivering documents, parcels, and items to designated locations.
  • Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good working condition.
  • Follow traffic rules and ensure safe driving at all times.
  • Plan routes and manage time effectively to meet schedules.
  • Assist with basic office errands when needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Valid driving license with clean driving record.
  • Familiar with local routes, roads, and traffic rules.
  • Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Willing to work flexible hours if required.
