Job Description Header
- Responsible for production scheduling and planning (primary, secondary, assembly & packing processes) to meet customer’s demand.
- Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each order to meet shipping dates according to forecast and customer orders.
- Responsible to ensure production run accordingly to meet the planning schedule.
- Review and plan inventory management to avoid shortages and excesses.
- Plan, monitor and maintain materials availability to ensure time availability of materials and packaging according to the plan schedule.
- Support daily updating of finished goods, raw material usage and packaging usage.
- Assist in generate production reports to analyses machine and production KPIs and OEE.
- Involve in gathering data for process cycle time and yield, tools maintenance and life span monitoring.
- Working closely with production team, purchasing, shipping and quality for day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth planning schedule.
- Communicate with all key stakeholders from production, purchasing, warehouse to sales on validity and achievement of the production plan.
- Notify sales team ahead for foreseeable problem that may affect delivery and initiate action to rectify problem.

Requirement:

- At least 2 - 5 years’ experience in plastic injection industry.
- Knowledge of plastic, rubber, silicone mechanical structure will be an added advantage.
- Ability to research problems, develop solutions and present possible solutions for implementation.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills including strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Language’s skills in Mandarin, English, Malay

**Salary**: Up to RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Permas Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Planning: 1 year (preferred)
- Plastic Injection: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
- English (preferred)
