Assist the Finance Manager (Treasury) in FX management, bank account management, cash & liquidity management, and financial risk management at the group level.
- Maintain a system of policies and procedures for adequate controls over the Treasury functions.
- Daily cash management: cash operations, cash flow, overseeing cash transactions, ensuring adequate liquidity, forecasting both short
- and long-term cash levels in meeting ongoing operations including credit control, accounts payable and accounts receivables.
- Provide operational support in all daily Treasury related activities.
- Planning, allocation of trade financing utilization and support on bank documentation.
- Ensure alignment with other finance sections in meeting payment obligations and ensuring the strictest compliances.
- Responsible to monitor forex movement and updating hedging contracts entered, utilization as well as outstanding contract status.
- Managing foreign currency exposure and foreign currency payments.
- Ensure minimum bank borrowing & idle bank balance with appropriate planning & allocation of fund.
- Monitoring and analysis of applicable interest rate, bank charges & trade conversation cycle to improve group cash flow efficiency.
- Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies.
- To be responsible for treasury related financial disclosures, treasury related journal entries, and month-end closing activities.
- To work very closely with the cross-functional departments as well as maintain close rapport with the bankers.
- To manage and monitor the compliance of financial covenants of banking facilities and propose action to be taken for any default or potential default of Covenants for recommendation.
- Review Financial Covenant of any potential banking facilities offered by Financiers and perform covenant testing for Actual and Forecast.
- Custodian for the company’s petty cash.
- Process improvements.
- Any ad hoc task assigned by the direct superior.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
