RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repairing of all electrical (Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) systems, Extra Low Voltage (ELV) items inclusive of but not limited to Sub Switch Boards, Transformers, Electrical Safety Relays, Air Circuit Breakers (ACB), and Gensets
- Fault finding and rectification for electrical systems such as wiring shorting, lighting problem, electrical tripping issues and power failures
- Perform preventive/ predictive maintenance checks
- Attend to complaints, inspections, setup and reparation as requested by the Management and tenants
- Supervise appointed contractors to carry out maintenance and repair works
- Report any potential problems/ hazards to the supervisor and take remedial action

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Certificate in Electrical (PW or Chargeman)/ Diploma in Electrical
- Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
