**FOOD QC CUM PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE**
Sungai Buloh, Selangor
Food manufacturer

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for overall daily QC operations,
- To assist the Management to meet daily productivity
- To perform any other jobs which assigned
- Responsible for overall daily production operation
- Inspect the condition of Production Zone, of its hygiene and enforce the Company SOP on the
- Cleanliness of production zone
- Monitor the balance of chicken deboning (morning) and manage production according to the client's order
- Incharge of assisting on Special Order & Cutting by request basis
- Assist in leading the Halal Inspectors, Suppliers Inspectors when there's any inspection
- Monitoring operators and ensure that they meet company requirements & standards in food handling
- Incharge of monthly stock check & report it to the Management
- Monitoring production run according to plan and meeting targeted output and quality specification
- Responsible to assist in train for department staffs include: work arrangement & backup for absent employees

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Min Diploma in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2year of working experience in production.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sungai Buloh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
