As a **Sales Advisor** for **Juara Jaya Auto Sdn Bhd**, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our showroom located in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full-time position that will see you engaging with a diverse clientele and contributing to the overall success of our automotive sales business.

**What you'll be doing**
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalised recommendations on vehicle options
- Demonstrate and showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles to customers in a compelling and informative manner
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to final purchase and delivery
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and support each other's success

**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Excellent product knowledge and a keen interest in the automotive industry
- A driven and ambitious mindset, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele
- A team-oriented approach and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
