**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as entry-level waiters/waitresses. As a waiter/waitress, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is perfect for those who are looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry and develop valuable skills in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.

2. Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.

3. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

4. Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.

5. Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals and address any concerns or special requests.

6. Clear tables and maintain a clean and tidy dining area.

7. Handle cash and credit card transactions, and process payments accurately.

8. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to provide excellent service.

9. Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.

10. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

**Requirements**:
1. High school SPM, diploma or equivalent.

2. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

5. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

6. A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

7. Food handler's certification may be required depending on local regulations.
