Intern (Production)

We are looking for a passionate and eager-to-learn **Final Assembly (FA) Interns** to join our Production team. The selected interns will be placed under the FA Support team, specifically in one of the following sections:
1. Change Model Section

2. DDR Quality and Repairing Section

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Section : Change Model Section**

1. Line condition confirmation and breakdown monitoring.

2. Jig preparation for line follow requisition.

3. Ensure that all alignment, writing, and checking stations are set up according to specifications during change model implementation.

4. Ensure meet the company change model lead time target.

5. Responsible immediately to breakdown station for troubleshooting to minimize down time.

6. To report unsolved technical problem to superior.

7. Assist and liaise with Engineering department to upgrade or improve jigs.

8. Responsible to complete request form (communication product) upon complete change model.

9. Ensure ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controls on the production line are implemented and maintained in full compliance with standards.

10. Perform major and minor service for inline printer.

11. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards is properly implemented and maintained.

12. To perform additional tasks as and when instructed by superior.

**Section : DDR Quality and Repairing Section**

1. Ensure Power Confirmation & Correlation are carried out and meet specification accordingly.

2. Responsible for repairing NG set on time to meet shipment requirement.

3. Analyze technical problem and perform countermeasure.

4. Support line set up, station troubleshooting as and when required.

5. Provide feedback and suggestion for production improvement in line.

6. Ensure ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) controls on the production line are implemented and maintained in full compliance with standards.

7. Ensure record daily repairing, power correlation data & ESD are being updated accordingly.

8. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards is properly implemented and maintained.

9. To perform additional tasks as and when instructed by superior.

**REQUIREMENTS**

1. Pursuing a diploma or degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.

2. The minimum industrial training duration is preferably at least ten (10) weeks.

3. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and must be willing to work in Johor Bahru, Malaysia (on-site).

4. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

5. Willing to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.

6. Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

7. Have basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
