**Job Position**: HR Specialist
- Chinese Speaking (Remote Work)

This role will be assigned to perform all assigned HR related functions for all AF business units from recruitment, training, payroll concerns and labor relations.

**Job Details**:

- This position will be performing as remote (WFH) independent contractor based in Malaysia.
**Role**:

- Primarily n-charge for sourcing of manpower requirements of AF China office & ensuring that recruitment process is implemented from Interviewing applicants, administering pre-employment tests and conducting and completing background investigations
- In-charge of recruitment and other in-house training for AF China
- Maintaining organization charts as well as detailed job description with salary records
- Updating employee records with changes in employment status and new hire information, processing transfers, promotions, and terminations
- Help in developing and implementing HR policies in the organization specifically for China office
- Processing queries and requests of employees of the assigned BU and responding in a good manner
- Staying up-to-date and complying with changes in labor legislations of the assigned BU and assisting with processing employee grievances in China office
- Implement performance review sessions on periodic period
- Overseeing engagement programs and other employee relations work
- Serves as a back-up for recruitment, training, payroll and other HR aspects that needs assistance.
**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Experience as an HR generalist or HR specialist
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Understanding about labor legislation as well as payroll process
- Familiar with the full cycle of recruitment and labor relations
- Excellent skills of written and verbal communication
- Good abilities of problem solving
- Team management skills
- Applicant must be based in Malaysia.
