Assembly Specialist

Review project instruction and specification to identify, modify and plan requirements, fabrication, assembly and tool testing.
- To assemble electrical and mechanical systems for automation equipment & machinery.
- To set up, arrange, and operate equipment as per the specifications and instructions from the superior.
- To assemble fabrication parts or components to built a whole new machine and able to read electrical diagram / assembly drawing provided.
- Perform all functional test and quality inspection for electrical, mechanical assemblies, complete task on time and to troubleshooting and identify needs for improvement to related personnel.
- Assembly specialist will need to be able to identify different colour wires, tabs and electronic components in order to put them together correctly.
- Assembly specialist work with their hands, whether directly manipulating components or using controls on an assembly machine.
- Mechanical/Technical Skills: Assembly specialist need to be able to read and understand blueprints, manuals, and work with computers, machines and motion-control assembly robots to do their job.
- Assembly mechanical ,electro-mechanical components according to assembly drawings and work instructions and perform various test verification at sub-assembly and system levels.
- Submit correct paperwork for assemblies and parts that do to meet quality criteria and return parts for rework.
- Support to commissioning, calibration, and Testing.
- Operate, optimise and test commissioned instruments and options accordingly to established procedure in a timely fashion.
- Work independently and cooperate with relevant personnel using escalation path to diagnose failure reasons and ensure the correct action is taken.
- Minimum 5 year in similar capacity and 2 year supervising capacity
