Lead a team of Leader and Workers: Ensure leaders followed through the production policy: - Give daily morning meeting with regards to the Output Plan, Quality Performance. - To make arrangement of the workers to the line station, based on Skill Level. - To ensure operators to follow the Work Instruction - To ensure the safety in production floor - Ensure trained personnel are put to the job - Review into the Defect occurrence, and discuss with the team to provide corrective action plan and sustainability plan - Continue to review the gaps in production and make changes to the policy - Initiate continuous improvement to improve Quality and Productivity - To ensure the production the KPI such as Production Attainment, Quality Indices. - Assist for planning and regulating the assembly operations for the actual transformation of incoming parts into finished goods (Unit Part FG). - Responsible in Daily Production Planning and Control. - Prepare data and report to Operation Director on production target achievement and analysis. - Headcount planning intake and training activity planning to meet daily production capacity. - Planning and organizing resources to meet daily and monthly production targets. - Responsible to prepare data for output plan schedule, quality control, inventory control and report to Operation Director. - Ensure that the production is cost effective.
