**Responsibilities**:

- To assist in the production process
- Weighing and preparation of raw materials and equipment for sterilization
- Set up equipment used in the laboratory and maintain it in a clean and safe condition
- Media pouring (machine and manual)
- Media packing and storage
- Production by automation / machine - PPM Section 1
- Select, wrapping and autoclave tubing [cable] - prepare new tubing
- Preparing for addition of blood
- Loading petri-dish during pouring
- Packing for Bloxwich’s order
- Prepare carton with polystyrene insert
- Recording the date, volume and lot number of blood received o PPM stock take - every Friday o
- Making plastic ball (as an cushion for deliveries packing)
- Autoclaving the wastage following the duty roster
- Preparing for addition of supplement, antibiotic and blood
- Record the quantity of media, volume of water and supplement (with lot number) needed in the Media Preparation Records
- Write in the lot number of DCM in the Media Preparation Records
- Preparing of 70% alcohol o Clean printer head (Video jet) before starting (morning) - compulsory o Drained out water from compressor o
- To receive, check and store raw materials
- * To conduct stock checks on raw materials and finished goods and to report discrepancies to your supervisor Safety Awareness
- Must care’s your safety while doing your routine jobs.
- To follow all times, the safety and working procedures of the Company and to ensure a safe working environment for everyone
- To immediately report any safety breaches to your supervisor
- Cleaning working area before and after production
- Cleaning and mopping of PPM room
- Cleaning of equipment and apparatus (bottles, silicon tubing and etc.)
- Disposal of Production Waste Filing
- File all work instruction, ISO records
- Report to Production Supervisor General Duties
- As directed by your supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Must be able to understand simple written English
- Preferably with production experience
- Good team player, obedient, willing to learn and responsible
- Academic Qualification: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent with Diploma in Production

Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: RM8.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (required)
**Experience**:

- Manufacturing: 1 year (required)
