**Job Description**:
Junior CRM
Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customer needs and preference to provide competitive products and service.
- Participate in compelling effective written content for business proposals and sales pitches
- Research and create reports to summarise the study/feedback of market trends and competitors to enhance better customer experience and business performance.
- Regularly track and update conversion rates, active rates and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and effective manner; support other related duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
- Requirements:
Must haves:

- SPM level or above. Preferably - Trilingual in English, Chinese & Malay (verbal, written & read).
- Minimum 1-year working experience in Sales,Customer Service,Telesales or other related industries
- Strong understanding, proactive to ask questions and seek guidance when needed.
**Nice to haves**:

- Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Value added if able to provide 3 months consecutive sales results with proven records.
