Job Scope / Responsibilities:

CRM & Data Management

  • Manage and maintain the company's CRM system to ensure accurate customer data and segmentation.
  • Analyze customer behavior and engagement patterns to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Expand the CRM user base in Malaysia and drive customer adoption.

AI & Marketing Automation

  • Leverage AI tools to improve targeting, personalization, and predictive analytics in marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and implement EDM campaigns using automation platforms to drive customer engagement and retention.

Campaign Analysis & Optimization

  • Monitor and report on the performance of email, EDM, and CRM-driven campaigns.
  • Use analytics insights to recommend improvements and optimize ROI.

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making for customer acquisition and retention initiatives.

Innovation & Best Practices

  • Keep up-to-date with emerging AI, EDM, and CRM technologies and trends.
  • Suggest innovative solutions to improve marketing efficiency and customer experience.

Requirements / Skills (Optional to include):

  • Strong understanding of AI applications in marketing and CRM systems.
  • Experience with EDM platforms
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
