Role Description

AaroRn Technologies is seeking a Junior Business Analyst for a full-time hybrid position based in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating process flows, and assisting in the development of solutions for improving automation and workflows. The Junior Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate key insights effectively, and help document processes and business use cases. Some remote work flexibility is supported for this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical and Business Analysis skills to evaluate data and identify trends.
  • Proficiency in understanding Business Processes and defining clear Business Requirements.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to deliver insights and collaborate with team members.
  • Familiarity with process automation and disruptive technologies (e.g., RPA, ML, AI) is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
