Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Marketing professional located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Junior Marketing team member will be responsible for assisting in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, supporting sales processes, drafting and executing marketing plans, and maintaining customer relationships to deliver exceptional service. The role will also involve coordinating with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy execution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service to effectively convey ideas and build positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Market Research skills to analyze market trends and gather relevant data to support decision-making processes.
  • Experience or knowledge in Marketing Strategy and Sales to contribute to planning and achieving company goals.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing practices and tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
