Positive and friendly working environment We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our preschool as a Supervisor or Principal. As the Preschool Supervisor or Principal, you will play a crucial role in providing effective leadership, ensuring high-quality education, and creating a nurturing environment for kids. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the preschool, managing staff, and building strong relationships with parents and the community. **Responsibilities and Duties of Preschool Supervisor or Preschool Principal** (A) **General Duties** - Ensure the overall smooth running of the KLC Preschool in terms of general administration including school fees collection, overseeing/coordinating all curriculum and activities deliveries by teachers. - Ensure overall well-being and safety of the children, responsible for regular good communication with every parent. - Provide leadership, mentorship and management of preschool and staffs - staff recruitment, hire, development, training, evaluation, and provide motivation and a positive working environment, and to lead school improvement. - Be an active listener and motivator to provide a positive work environment. The person must oversee the Preschool facilities by supervising the maintenance - Regularly attending headquarters’ meetings or training programme - Prepare, administer and oversee the overall budget of the preschool - Overseeing facilities by supervising the maintenance and hygiene of all facilities and equipment, identifying and planning for future preschool needs. - Public speaking presentation and able to promote company positively. (B) **Education standards and student welfare** - Monitor and maintain standards set by KLC Preschool. Monitor staff and children's attendance, lesson planning, maintaining guidance, health and food services for the children. - Monitor and maintain an overview of the curriculum and co-curriculum to ensure effective implementation and ensure the highest possible quality of education for the children. - To promote a positive and professional yet fun learning culture for the children. - Actively fostering positive relationships with the children. - Ensuring all staffs regularly completing the learning management system platform including the state-of-the-art parental mobile app and regular digital/written progress reports. (C) **Parent(s)/Customer Management** - Regular communication and meeting with parents - Handle complaints in a professional manner - Refer unresolved or unhappy matter upwards to your direct superior (D) **Staff Management** - Manage the manpower allocation of teaching staffs - Managing poor performers - Establishing positive working environment and lead by example. - Work with management team to resolve and strategies to improve overall operational matter. - Provide appropriate mentoring and training to staffs. - Communicate effectively at all levels and effective at organisation. - Regularly having weekly meeting with staffs to discuss, planning learning activities, and to provide feedback on performance. **(E) Curriculum, Syllabus and Programme Development** - Function as one of the team members under the head of curriculum, research and development, and training. - To assist in the design, planning, revision and development of curriculum and syllabus. - Once more experience, to contribute with planning, development of professional development courses for the company. - Regularly evaluates current curriculum to ensure alignment with national standards. - Any other reasonable tasks/projects as directed and discussed. 职位类型:全职 薪资: RM3,200.00至RM4,000.00(每月 ) 申请问题: - 请问你是否能在新山工作呢?
