Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsibility to keep safe working conditions and best workplace organization according the product;
  • Optimize the production processes by implementing group lean directives of Vertiv Operating System and by keeping a continuous improvement environment;
  • Continuous monitoring of the production KPI's and respective reporting even by participating at higher level meetings and by keeping informed the internal support functions and stakeholders;
  • Defining production budget and hiring curves according the volumes trends;
  • Keep track of production people training, skill level, contracts and union involvement/information;

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in engineering or similar;
  • Knowledge of lean philosophies;
  • Min 2-3 Years of previous experience in similar position in complex organizations/industry;
  • People leader experience;
  • Knowledge and application of safety, quality and operative procedures;
  • Good teamwork, communication and leadership skills;
