• Assist the Production Manager in managing day-to-day operations.


• Supervise production activities to ensure products meet quality standards for QA checks and on-time delivery to customers with zero quality issues.


• Ensure all production processes strictly follow ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 requirements.


• Monitor WIP (Work-in-Progress) to ensure accuracy and traceability throughout production stages.


• Identify and implement opportunities for production improvement, process efficiency, and waste reduction.


• Coordinate with QA, Purchasing, Sales, and other relevant departments for smooth production flow.


• Maintain records and reports as required by ISO standards and internal SOPs.


• Train and guide production workers on quality and safety procedures.

Requirements:


• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.


• Good understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and process optimization.


• Ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.


• Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
