**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Prepare and consolidate financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., MFRS, IFRS).
- Collaborate with subsidiaries to standardise and improve reporting processes and practices.
- Review and analyze various management accounts of business units on a monthly basis.
- Analyse key variances and provide recommendations to enhance profitability.
- Work with business units to align financial performance with strategic objectives.
- Assist in the compilation of the annual budget/business plan and budget review from business units, as well as the preparation of the Group budget and business plan for each financial year.
- Assist in the compilation of the monthly forecast of Group financial performance.
- Identify inefficiencies in current financial processes, proposing and implementing solutions to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Co-ordinate and liaise with auditors in order to complete the annual audit on timely basis.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems.
- Support and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) are highly preferred.
- Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English and third language Mandarin is a beneficial
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably with audit background.
- Proven track record of managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and financial management tools.
- Thorough understanding of relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
