Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet, including customer service, staff supervision, and inventory management.
- Train and develop a team of service staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
- Create and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, making necessary adjustments to increase profitability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitor activities, implementing necessary changes to stay competitive.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the food and beverages industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, health and safety regulations, and food handling procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using POS systems and other relevant software for efficient operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.31 - RM5,500.94 per month
