**Key Responsibilities**
- **Consult & Advise** - Offer expert guidance on space planning, materials, and design concepts to create solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
- **Drive Sales Performance** - Close deals effectively, meet and exceed sales targets, and enjoy a rewarding commission structure.
- **Lead Generation & Networking** - Proactively seek new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and various outreach strategies.
- **Sales Documentation & Coordination** - Prepare sales quotations, process orders, and handle necessary documentation to ensure a seamless transaction.
- **Project Management** - Oversee design and renovation progress, ensuring timely execution and client satisfaction.
- **Collaboration & Customer Experience** - Work closely with the installation team and other departments to ensure smooth project execution, reinforcing a positive brand reputation.
- **Client Relationship Management** - Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**What we're looking for**
- Proven track record of success in a sales or interior design role, preferably in the kitchen or home furnishings industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients
- Strong understanding of kitchen design principles, materials, and industry standards
- Proficiency in design software, such as AI House, KD Max, 3D Illustrator, SketchUp, or any other similar software, to create visually appealing and technically accurate designs
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable client experiences

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
