About the role

Ideatect Concept' is seeking a motivated and organized Interior Design to join our dynamic team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in driving & maximize sales and supporting the delivery of upcoming & ongoing projects for our growing company.

What you'll be doing

  • Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
  • Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
  • Carry out design concepts and details,3D perspectives, layout plans and knowledge in residential and commercial projects.
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties / task when requested by management Independent and punctual.
  • Preparing detailed design drawings, 2D, 3D renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in interior design
  • Participate in on-site assessments, collect data and measurements, and analyze space requirements to inform your designs

What we're looking for

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree in, Interior Design Studies or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a professional interior design role
  • Proficiency in design software such as: AutoCAD, 3D Max, V-ray, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
  • Able to produce conceptual interior/furniture design drawings for presentation to clients with working drawings, detail drawings for construction
  • Able to create and design products which attend to customers' wants and needs
  • Assist sales team to brief and explain the design n drawing to customer
  • Own transportation for convenient commuting and site visits
