Capable of working in a team environment to develop and analysis the project planning & scheduling and cost performance to achieve the target and report to Management. Responsible for preparing project schedule. Prepare summary/ Level schedules, weekly & monthly project schedules status with a view to establish the likely project durations based on overall plan of execution. Prepare project quotations, site variation requests, additional claims and submit to contractor for approval. Prepare & submit invoices, sales register, subcontract work order, final ‘bill of quantity’, supplier order list, purchase orders, review reports, invoice, sales register and accounts payable. Prepare Budget Revision and Job Secure Report Preparation of monthly progress % and EVA chat Cost Control Report Review and Coordination to HQ. Preparation of Site asset materials list and estimated value. Sub-Contractor Control and Coordination (Billing control, Variation order, duration work schedule and Checking of final BOQ quantity). Support to Admin dept (preparation for salary payroll & final settlement). Responsible for the site procurement of erection “materials, consumables, tools and rental equipment”. (Preparation of RO, Price comparison and PO) Preparation of PO budget Rental Work Order and Manpower Sub-Contractor Order.
