1. Build Pipe with digital sales tools & alignment with Digital Sales and Cross Solution areas
- Target accounts with Propensity/AI using Business Apps Targeting Tool, Daily Recommender, MSX + Seismic
- Create & lead with Business Value Insights, leveraging Business Value Management Application, Discovery and Envisioning workshops Dynamics Migration Program, Solution Assessment, Catalyst accelerators and processes
- Scale with Digital Sales engagement and gain their commitment to account execution plans
- Engage targeted BDMs with industry relevant use cases and quantified financial
2. Engage Co-Sell Partners
- Leverage/scale through aligning with priority Co-sell partners early
- Contribute partner insights (capacity, skilling and quality) to regional partner governance council.
3. Business Value Solutioning
- Facilitate EBC and Envisioning workshops yielding customer end-to-end business transformation needs with support from TS, and partner team.
- Orchestrate and manage partner, TS team to design the solution that maps to the vision and Business value agreed with the customer
- Build and maintain continuous Business Value model supporting solutions as you discover and gain access to data
4. Negotiate with Proposals mapped to Business Value
- Create compelling Board level presentations aligned to customer transformation plan and Business Value model
- Leverage and understanding of licensing & deal crafting
**Responsibilities**:
- Accountable for landing new customers and expanding workload in existing customers, owning all Business Apps portfolio of solutions including Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O) as well power Platform (Power Apps & Automate) opportunities end-to-end from pipeline hygiene, to forecast accuracy while partnering cross solution area to drive integrated, wholistic business process solutions anchored on business value-driven customer outcomes.
- Leading Business Value Driven Solutioning with customer-centric outcomes quantified with financial impact for target BDMs/CXOs
- Orchestrate Biz Apps TSPs as well as resources from Partners, Solution Assessment Specialists and eventually GBBs, etc. to support all opportunities with Catalyst sales process execution excellence.
- Ensure customer value realization success by selling in close partnership with Partners, leveraging use FastTrack, depending on deal size, selling also Premier Support to ensure rapid deployment and solution adoption
**Qualifications**:
- 15 yrs in Sales role covering Business Decision Makers (BDM)
- 10 yrs in Enterprise Resource Planning/Customer Relationship Management sales role
- Bachelor Degree or Masters
