**Responsibilities**:
- Accurately input and update account and payments details in the accounting system and generate invoices, payment voucher and receipts.
- Prepare customer account statements and review for accuracy.
- Liaise with customers to resolve billing discrepancies or inquiries.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collection.
- Maintain organized filing of invoices and billing records.
- Assist in general office documentations.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Accountancy or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Working Hours**:Monday - Friday (9.30am - 6pm) ; Saturday (9.30am - 3pm)
**Salary Range**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
