**Job Overview**
The **Accounts cum Admin Clerk** plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our boutique by managing financial records, ensuring smooth administrative functions, and assisting with customer service. This role requires a proactive individual with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Accounts Management**
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and expenses
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Assist with invoice filing, purchase order processing, and data entry
- Support monthly financial reporting and account reconciliation
- Prepare payroll and ensure timely payment of staff wages and statutory deductions
- Maintain well-organized financial and accounting documents
**Order & Inventory Tracking**
- Track order movement from workshop to outlet
- Order materials for production when required
- Maintain updated customer and inventory records
- Arrange runners for delivery and collection
**Administrative Support**
- Schedule appointments and manage the boutique calendar
- Assist with order processing and service follow-ups
**Customer Service**
- Address customer inquiries regarding orders, fittings, and services
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant experience throughout the customer journey
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in accounting/admin (retail or boutique experience a plus)Fresh graduates with accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply
**Skills**:
- Familiar with accounting software & Microsoft Office
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Strong communication in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
- Detail-oriented and responsible
