_**ABOUT THE ROLE**_
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented **Admin / Account** to join our team in **Cyberjaya, Selangor.** This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative and accounting support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
- **WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**_
- Manage office admin work including filing, document management & Provide administrative assistance to management
- Providing general office support such as answering phone calls, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings
- Perform cash management, payroll, and billing tasks - prepare invoices, subcontracts change orders, work orders, purchase orders, etc.
- Getting quote, prepare purchase order, Invoice, prepare quote etc
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable, maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
- Maintain proper project accounting record and filing of all financial files, records and relevant documents
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and other reports for management review
- Able to liaising with local authorities & external stakeholders e.g. auditors, tax agent, company secretary, Insurance agent etc
- **REQUIREMENTS**_
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word & Excel, and familiar with accounting software (AutoCount)
- Fast learner, independent and reliable
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Responsible, efficient and structured with attention to detail
- Experience in Construction Company / QS Firm or related field
