**Talent Acquisition Admin Internship**

Are you eager to dive into the world of recruitment / talent acquisition and gain valuable experience in recruitment processes? Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Admin Intern and embark on a dynamic journey of learning and growth.

**Position Overview**:
As a Talent Acquisition Admin Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our recruitment efforts by assisting with administrative tasks and getting hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support including database management, formatting documents and presentations according to company template etc.
- Assist in reviewing and shortlisting resumes, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
- Help maintain our applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support the team in conducting reference checks and background screenings.

**What You Will Gain**:

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
